Test Study on Steel frame - core walls structure

[Abstract] Steel frame-RC core structure is widely used for high-rise buildings in seismic
zone in China. But the research on anti-seismic performance of this kind of composite
structural system is much less, it’s seldom used in foreign countries. So a shaking table
test has been done on a 1:10 reduce-scale model of steel frame-concrete core structure. The
dynamic characteristics, dynamic responses and damage features of the model under earthquake
are recorded and analyzed. The distribution of seismic shear force between steel frame and RC
